Marketing Technical Manager,
SP Capital IQ
The
E-Marketing Effectiveness Manager provides strategic support in
identifying, defining, and delivering communication and marketing
solutions for a variety of stakeholders, including compliance,
legal, and marketing, sales, and client services. This position is
a key interface with business and IT stakeholders in articulating
the customer experience touch-points across a variety of
applications and sites, and drives improvements and optimization
for the business:
Essential Accountability
- E-Marketing (primarily via Eloqua and
Salesforce.com) - Create and maintain a strategic roadmap for
e-marketing applications including CRM marketing systems,
external websites and campaign initiatives. - Design and implement e-marketing processes
to ensure effective electronic marketing and to ensure continued
viability of online presence and reputation. - Identify and recommend digital solutions to
address sales, client services and marketing challenges and
coordinate solutions with IT teams. - Support execution, adoption and optimization
efforts around identified projects and initiatives - Cultivate power users and marketing
operations experts to create a center of excellence devoted to best
practice, standards, and governance. - Work with product management and business
marketing groups to address digital marketing
strategies - Identify and analyze options, alternative
methods and technologies to meet business needs - Lead analysis tasks related to
risks/opportunities for key projects and applications - Determine and execute on appropriate
validation strategies (including testing, prototyping, or other
approaches) - Assist the Digital Product Manager with
developing and communicating associated implementation plans to
stakeholders across both businesses - Work with marketing, IT and product teams to
drive adoption - Other Essential Accountabilities
Project Execution
- Be responsible for definition and monitor
delivery of programs scoped and developed - Client and Sales Information
- Define the scope and needs of business
organization around CRM and appropriate business
metrics - Coordinate implementation and prioritization
of activities - Work with sale teams, marketing and client
services to drive adoption
Client Services and Operations - Understand any business unit developments
that need technology implementation or collaboration - Work with business and IT teams and clients
to drive adoption - Must be able to work with Sales, Marketing,
Client Services, Operations, and Compliance organizations and have
a good grasp of the business environment SP operates
in - Frequent and timely communications about
on-going initiatives in each business and regulatory group with
management and peers, in order to ensure alignment across Sales and
Marketing priorities and to identify strategic or tactical
shifts - Relationship management skills in particular
- be able to manage competing priorities among business groups and
maintain relationships with various organizations - Self starter with proven capabilities in
scoping, scheduling and executing complex tasks - Excellent interpersonal skills to create and
develop cross-organizational relationships, resolve conflicts and
manage expectations from a large set of internal
stakeholders
Skills
- Expertise with sales and marketing applications and technology
(3+ years of Eloqua operations experience, or equivalent) with the
ability to articulate high-level requirements, assess risk and
determine feasibility during the design and scoping of
solutions - Strong experience with website marketing and communication
technology (content management tools, social media) to understand
the risk and feasibility of applications during continuous
application development. Web analytics knowledge
preferred. - Ability to work with stakeholders to define and scope
functional requirements for their needs and suggest relative
prioritization based on business needs and complexity - Understanding of the technology and business processes required
to drive a successful and timely delivery of projects within
defined scope, timeline and budget (proven project management or
business process management experience) - Database marketing management and marketing operations
background a plus - Excellent interpersonal skills to resolve conflicts and manage
expectations from a large set of internal stakeholders
