About the Position

Pullman Comley has an opening in its dynamic Marketing Department for a part-time marketing/database assistant in our Bridgeport office.  You will be responsible for updating and managing our contact management database (ContactEase), handling all electronic communications (alerts, newsletters, event invitations, etc.), and assisting with firm-sponsored client events and other marketing projects.

 

Qualifications

Ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess excellent organizational and written/oral communications skills, be very polished, and enjoy working in a highly professional, fast-paced and team-oriented environment.  Minimum 2-5 years of hands-on experience with contact management databases and PC applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) is required.  Experience with HTML and InDesign a plus.  A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or business is preferred.
