Working as a Local Online Display Specialist, you will be monitoring internal and external communications for high spend advertisers with active online display/mobile products. Primary duties include working with customers, sales reps, and internal departments during the pre-sale, fulfillment and post-fulfillment processes. Other responsibilities include content collection from customers, customer education, support to other team members and departments as well as quality control of fulfilled orders. This position also administers client's campaign performance, ROI maximization, and ensures clients' requirements and best practices are applied to produce desired search results.
Additional Responsibilities:
Interact regularly with clients to build and maintain deep partnerships and review online campaigns
Gather campaign assets from sales and customers as needed
Set accurate expectations with customers, sales, and within Operations regarding campaign expectations and process
Support Sales in the pre-sales process through campaign requirements gathering and discussions for key accounts
Build and maintain positive relationship with internal and external customers by proactively communicating campaign performance with internal and external management
Coordinate with Ad Operations to communicate campaign optimization recommendations to clients and sales
Act as liaison and main point of contact between advertisers and internal departments
Provide campaign feedback from the Ad Operations and creative teams to sales and customers pre and post fulfillment
Actively manage campaigns, analyze quantitative, qualitative and underlying data to correct performance issues throughout the duration of the program
Effectively communicate interactive media plans ideas and results to customers and sales
Perform quality assurance for creative and campaigns to ensure items were fulfilled and trafficked correctly and take ownership of accurately communicating errors to close gaps to meet customer requirements
Qualifications:
2-3 years in Online Account Management or similar role
2-3 years experience in online/mobile display advertising support
Knowledge of traditional and digital media and the competitive landscape
Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non technical audiences
Experience working in a team environment
Strong ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced environment; attentive to detail.
