The ideal candidate would possess first class academics but not necessarily a postgrad from an established university either in the UK or an overseas equivalent. You will probably come from a research orientated role on the sell side where you will have had client facing exposure over a 4-5 year period. You do not have to have previous IR experience but you will be to powerpoint and presentations what Stephen Hawking is to Physics
