Marketing/Sales Executive recruitment
The Company:
Our Client, a leading Asset Manager based in the city requires Marketing Executive with either Marketing or sales 4background within Asset Management.
The Role:
- Proactively identify efficiencies and improvements to existing processes and procedures.
- Assess and manage projects required to implement improvements, once agreed with Marketing Support Manager.
- End to end project delivery from design and analysis through to testing and implementation; monitoring progress, reprioritising and helping to maintain project schedules
- Promote a positive and professional work environment.
- Complete questionnaires on time, in accordance with the given deadlines.
- Ensure content of questionnaires is accurate and that appropriate sign-off has been obtained from Marketers, Compliance Officers and Portfolio Managers.
- Manage the questionnaires process by arranging meetings, distributing a timetable and ensuring adherence to that timetable.
- Effective communication on all work undertaken within the team, escalating problems or providing supporting information to others as required
- Edit responses and information provided by contributors to ensure clarity for the reader, as well as providing a compelling sales message.
- Identify new and updated information to be shared with the rest of the Client Services team via the RFP database.
- Present proposals in a professional manner.
- Identify and investigate issues with underlying data, and liaise with Back-Office and IT Support teams to rectify issues in a timely fashion.
- Attend meetings with portfolio managers and other internal teams to discuss performance of Groups funds and programmes.
- Ensuring client summaries and procedures are kept up to date.
- Coordination of the weekly Marketing meetings
- Support in organisation of Marketing and client seminars.
- Maintenance of the Client Services and Marketing SharePoint sites
- General support of Marketing team.
The Candidate:
- You will have Asset Management experience.
- You will have Marketing or sales experience.
