MarkitSERV Buyside Onboarding – Regional Lead recruitment

A successful candidate will perform the following duties:

• Provide man management to the teams that report into the role. Approx 5 staff.

• Design, implement and control appropriate processes for managing the onboarding workslate

• Become a SME on MarkitSERV’s buyside solutions (mainly Trade Manager Port Rec) and their onboarding options/process – contributing to the resolution of escalated challenges.

• Liaise with the Production support teams to ensure that the team is performing adequate handover of new onboardings.

• Liaise with the Ops Change Management team to understand a release’s impact process requirements and design the onboarding process required for clients

• Liaise with the Client Delivery Management team to allocate SME resource required for the successful go live of larger initiatives

• Liaise with Sales, Product and Account Management to understand the client adoption forecast and manage capacity and prioritization.

• Drive continual improvement of the onboarding processes and strive for a world class client experience

• Act as an escalation and relationship point for clients and internal counterparties around cases

• Drive continual improvement of the BAU onboarding processes and strive for a world class client experience

The following skills are needed in this role:

• Must have - experience from working in an Investment bank (preferably within OTC Derivatives Operations) or significant Vendor to Investment banks.
