Job description
- Responsibility to implement the 6-Sigma strategy within Powertrain Engineering
- Act as an internal consultant and offer technical competences within 6-sigma
- Take part and be proactive in the continuous work through planning and proposing improvement projects
- Responsible to plan and lead 6-sigma activities to new Powertrain projects and to the line organisation
- Responsible for training and guiding Black and Green Belts
- Guide and inspire senior leaders to use 6-Sigma
- Lead cross functional projects and work shops
Requirements
- University degree with several years of experience from quality management
- Certified Master Black Belt
- Process oriented with a holistic view
- Able to communicate, clarify and simplify complex structures
- Skills and competences to deliver training and coaching
- Teamplayer but also comfortable with working independently
- Efficient in communication and presentation techniques
- Fluently in English, both spoken and written
- Swedish is an advantage
