Master Data Coordinator
Position Summary: The successful candidate in this role appreciates and enjoys working with data, andthe creation/maintenance of SAP Material Master Data ensuring that it meets the necessary standards of data integrity. Essential Job Functions: 1. To create SAP Material Master Data in SAP production and quality systems ensuring that all data is created to a high standard of accuracy 2. Ongoing and periodic maintenance of all Material Master Data to ensure data integrity and uniformity ? investigate and develop tools for improving processes and for data cleansing. 3. Close liaison with all departments responsible for authorizing SAP Material Master Data 4. To working closely with SAP Team on all issues that are related to Material Master Data including the testing and loading of new types of Material Master Data. Involvement on SAP projects which have an impact on Material Master Data. 5. To test new or upgraded SAP functionality with special emphasis on Material Master Data 6. To report on SAP Material Master Data, regularly and on an ad hoc basis, specify any reports that may be needed to improve Material Master Data processes and monitoring 7. General assistance to with SAP projects and business systems processes 8. Work with external systems in conjunction with SAP based on Material Master Data (i.e. GS1/1Sync)
