Job Description The Master Facilitator is responsible for delivering training and facilitating other types of learning-related meetings and events across all Sears Home Services (SHS) operating units. Responsible for training delivery for several operating segments within the Home Services Portfolio, including Repair Services, Appliance Electronics (AE) Factor Service, Service Contracts, Customer Care Network, Parts Repair Centers, Parts Direct and Parts Supply Chain, Product Installation, Product Deliveries, Home Improvement Products Services, Commercial Sales and Franchise Businesses. Responsibilities/Skills/Experience Requirements ?Delivers effective training sessions and presentations ?Facilitates other learning-related meetings, conferences and workshops ?Applies adult learning theory to classroom facilitation and program updates ?Utilizes learning activities in a way that ensures transfer of learning to on-the-job performance ?Assesses learning program participants for knowledge gained and behaviors learned ?Selects and develops teaching aids, such as training handbooks, demonstration models and multimedia visual aids ?Recommends and coordinates updates to existing training materials for continuous improvement of course and program content ?Assists instructional designers in creating new training programs with support from subject matter experts ?Plans and executes training related projects, such as training process improvements, cost analysis and measurements of training ?Influences internal client relationships for optimal participation in training programs ?Interprets an extensive variety of instructions in verbal, written, visual or multimedia form ?Performs with a high energy, "can-do" attitude ?Works autonomously within teams and as a liaison to internal and external clients ?Evaluates priorities and executes tasks accordingly in a changing environment ?Performs other duties as assigned Required Skills: ?Strong communication and
