Master Scheduler - Northern Ohio
Key Responsibilities:

Analyzes production specifications and plant capacity data and performs mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes, tolls, and human resource requirements.

Plans and schedules workflow for each department and operation according to previously established manufacturing sequences and lead times.
Manages the scheduling and expedites the movement of parts by means of move orders, stock transfers, and requests for shipping orders. -
Confers with department supervisors to determine status of assigned projects.

Expedites operations that delay schedules and alters schedules to meet unforeseen conditions.

Analyze MRP results
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business or related industry experience.

Five to seven (5-7) years applicable work experience in materials and/or manufacturing scheduling, preferably in automotive stamping.

Knowledge of plant wide manufacturing constraints,practices and standard MRP/ERP systems.
-
Excellent management, organizational, presentation, and negotiating skills.
-
Ability to operate within a team atmosphere.
- Ability to shift priorities and effectively perform under pressure.
