Role Summary/Purpose
Work with fulfillment group to deliver a level loaded production schedule for operations team. Internal Title: Master Scheduler/Production Control (wire rack, escutcheon)

Essential Responsibilities
* Live, promote and teach the GE Production System philosophy and drive continuous improvement in the technical process areas. Coach and develop team leaders to ensure standard work and escalation processes are followed * Drive production mix that yields 98% fill rates and 7 day cycle time results. * Deploy lean methodologies to minimize product cycle. * Work closely with plant business leaders to ensure achievable fulfillment planning. * Work with material control leaders to overcome material shortage issues. * Report production data to operations team to drive improvements. * Manage schedule changes to minimize production losses.

Qualifications/Requirements
* BS Engineering or equivalent.* Minimum 5 years materials/operations/manufacturing experience* Strong systems capabilities.* Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.* Customer focus, high energy and aggressive approach to issues.* Ability to handle multiple priorities and tasks.

Desired Characteristics
