Requirements: * High school diploma is required. Additional Requirements: - Bachelor's degree is preferred. - A minium of 1 (one) year administrative experience is preferred. - Knowledge of MS Office is necessary. - Candidate must possess the ability to communicate effectively with management on all levels and be customer focused. - Five years of relevant experience is strongly recommended. - Candidate must possess strong organization, problem solving and communication skills. - Knowledge of GM MGO system is preferred. - Candidate must possess strong organization, problem solving and communication skills. - Needs to be able to multi-task, work good under pressure, work with a team and be willing to be flexible with work schedule. Responsibilities: Responsibilities Include but are not limited to: * Customer service and processing administrative functions. * Monitor Supplier schedules and shipments to protect Assembly Plant production * Constant GM, Ryder and Supplier communication * Review/analyze ADHOC reports * Investigate Supplier issues * Report/issue PRRs and Alarms * Analyze plant counts and supplier shipments * Review/Respond to LCM Part Mins/Shortages, Request/Process Counts accordingly * Add/Cancel/Adjust Supplier routing per Ryder LMS Database * Ability to monitor Supply Chain to meet customers requirements Ryder is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and Drug Free workplace.
