Material Logistics Specialist
Material Logistics Specialist Assists in monitoring the movement of routine materials through the production cycle. Assists in the preparation and maintenance of basic reports; analyzes supplier capability; participates in make/buy studies and cost analysis. Assists in creating integrated project plans and schedules for the supply teams capital and development projects. Assists in the evaluation effectiveness of current material control standards. Key Responsibilities: Performs basic tasks and functions for professional field of work. Seeks advice and guidance on non-routine or problem areas from others. Identifies problems as they occur and takes appropriate steps to solve them in situations where the problem is not difficult or complex. Education: Typically BS/BA in related discipline or advanced degree, where required. Certification may be required in some areas.
