JOB PURPOSE
Processes, schedules and plans materials orders.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
-Processes, schedules, and coordinates assigned requests for the materials department.
-Establishes lead times and negotiates acceptable customer delivery dates.
-Processes materials orders and creates work orders or requisitions.
-Tracks and updates materials schedules, expedites as required to prevent schedule slippage, and advises Materials Manager of deviations from materials plans and forecasts.
-Follows all 5S practices and supports lean activities, as well as safety regulations policies and procedures.
Required Skills:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
-Associate's degree
-1-2 years
-Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, JDE
