Responsibilities:

Critically analyzes and evaluates information gathered from multiple sources; decomposes information into details to a general understanding. Pro-actively communicates and collaborates with internal customers; successfully engages in multiple initiatives simultaneously. Support the company's goals by developing demand plans to optimize customer service, inventory management and capacity utilization.


Requirement
:

I. Key Responsibilities

Participates in daily analysis, evaluation and documentation of data

Assists in tracking and reporting project status in accordance with the established project management methodology and frequently communicates progress of projects and tasks to supply chain management.

Develops project proposals that utilize production and information system technology to increase TE's competitive advantage.

Leads project analysis based on requirements, viable technologies, and operational efficiencies and participates in the detailed planning and design of supplier projects.

Development and monitoring of Global or Regional demand plan

Support corporate objectives through effective management of inventories

Support new product development process

II. Experience Required

Minimum of five years in a Manufacturing environment utilizing a computerized MRP system is preferred.

Working knowledge of Forecasting/Master Scheduling processes is preferred.

Comprehensive understanding of TE products and manufacturing processes is preferred.

Working knowledge of Continuous Improvement process is preferred

III. Travel Requirements

Approximately 5% domestic travel
