Materials Supervisor – Buyer/Planner – Purchasing
Total Quality Plastics, an injection molder in North Prairie, Wisconsin and a division of the global corporation HUFCOR, has created a new role for a Materials Supervisor.
This position will be accountable to:
· Analyze lead times, resource requirements and finish goods inventory to meet customer demands and production requirements
· Develop and implement material control processes, including physical inventory and weekly cycle counting
· Work with suppliers to purchase materials, monitor and influence inventory turns, and purchase price variances
· Perform rough-cut production scheduling insuring material availability
