MATERNAL CHILD HEALTH – NURSING DIRECTOR (FULL TIME)
BERKSHIRE MEDICAL CENTER, a 302 bed teaching hospital located in the beautiful Berkshires, is seeking a dynamic RN to lead and direct the daily operational activities of the Maternal Child Health Department, including operating the department in a fiscally responsible manner, staff supervision and performance management, process improvement, assuring compliance with regulatory standards and hospital-wide policies. Required qualifications include:
- Current MA RN license required
- BSN required, Master’s degree in Nursing, other healthcare field, or business desirable.
- 3 to 5 years progressive experience in Maternal Child Health.
- Minimum of 4 years experience at the Maternal Child Health staff level, with evidence of growth and demonstrated leadership skills required.
