Team Description
Multi Currency Account Services (MCAS) supports in excess of 1.2 million cash transactions across 50 plus different
currencies
each month. Within the MCAS product there are various operational processes that are performed by our diverse and multicultural global operations teams. To ensure the process is controlled and the quality standard remains high, governance checks are regularly completed. The MCAS Product offering is continually evolving due to market demands so any changes to the current processes need to be evaluated to determine operational impact before training/educating is completed. Networking with Project Management and Technology during key implementations is essential to ensure MCAS achieves maximum benefit and avoids any potential negative impacts. Key metrics are produced and analysed on a regular basis to ensure strategic initiatives are executed against set targets and opportunities to improve the processes by mitigating risk and efficiency opportunities are identified/implemented.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:Create and analyse key business metricsIdentify and implement efficiency opportunitiesConduct regular governance checksTake ownership for ops tasks assigned by Project Manager and complete in a timely mannerAttend all Project meetings held by Project Manager for the projects that function is supportingIdentify problems, complexities, non-value-added steps, inefficient workflows and other design factorsDelivery of new and amended standard operating procedures and controlsInitiate operations readiness activities and work with ops manager to ensure that SOP's, Business Metrics, Controls, Training is completeAct as a point of escalation for the operational teams

Qualifications
