Who we are looking for:
We're looking for a developer who is comfortable with java to join our team to develop and maintain Bukkit plugins for our Minecraft servers. You must be able to take a vague task and run with it. No one in our company gets micro-managed. If you cannot manage yourself, this is not the job for you. However, if you love taking an idea and turning that idea into reality - the reality that you envision for it - then this is definitely the job you are looking for.
We are interested in developers who love to learn, and can pick up new technologies quickly. You need to be able to figure out things by yourself without anyone having to hold your hand.
What you'll be doing:
You will be writing java code to develop new games given general (or sometimes specific) specifications. You will be fixing bugs and adding features to existing games.
What you'll get paid:
- $80k/yr
- You qualify for revenue share bonus of 0.5% after 3 months
- 10% yearly raise
- HRA heath benefits starting at $500/mo (married/children = more)

MCPVP is looking for talented developers to continue pushing our technology to the next level. We are a small company with 14 employees all working remotely. Our employees live across the globe, but we come together a few times a year for various events - all expenses paid, of course.
All employees who have been employed for longer than 3 months receive a monthly bonus check equal to 0.5% of the total revenue of the company the previous month. We encourage everyone to share their ideas, and we often act upon these ideas.
