PURPOSE OF ROLE:
The primary responsibilities will be to:
Source new business opportunities
Lead marketing activities for Energy , Oil and gas banking finance activities within the EMEA region ;
Negotiate to the extent required finance structures and transaction documents with clients and liaise with third-parties involved in the transactions
Assist in the profitable growth of the portfolio with a keen focus on risk mitigation;
Cross sell the full suite of products and capabilities to the target client base;
Represent the Bank at Bank meetings and conferences as the senior level executive of the Energy Platform;
PERSON SPECIFICATION:
Advanced Degree or relevant mitigating work experience with an undergraduate degree, preferably in business, legal, engineering, accounting or similar
Additional languages an advantage
Strong Relationship building skills
Relevant experience leading a team of Energy Banking professionals;
Experience overall providing financial solutions for a range of energy companies including; reserve based oil and gas financings; pipeline, storage and related infrastructure; oilfield service providers, and petroleum marketers;
Experience and success in marketing services such as: Bank Loan Products, Trade Finance Products, Commodity Hedging, Debt Capital Markets, Mergers and Advisory, Cash Management and International Banking Products;
