- A strong track record gained in US private equity that includes sourcing, executing, managing AND successfully exiting investments.
- An Ivy League or equivalent education (Bachelors and/or MBA).
- A flexible, open-minded and patient approach.
- The ability to look at deals from the equity and debt perspectives.
- Restructuring experience.
