MDS Coordinator/Nurse Manager
La Porte City Nursing and Rehab Center has an opportunity for an Iowa Licensed RN seeking a leadership role at our state of the art facility. This full-time position is 40 hours/week and offers full benefit package. Qualified candidates will have knowledge of Medicare and long-term care rules and regulations; MDS 3.0 training and experience is preferred.
