Meat and Specialty Food Manager – Wellesley, MA
Boston’s premier butcher has an immediate managerial position at our Gourmet Specialty Foods Market at our Wellesley location. The candidate for this position must have minimum of 2 years experience working in or managing a Meat Department and a Cooking / Foodservice background a plus.
Responsibilities to include:
Provides leadership by directing and managing all associates
Provide superior service to our customers
Oversight of all day to day operations
Meat and Specialty Food purchasing
Responsible for all Labor expenses and store scheduling
Merchandise and cut all meat items
Manage and provide accurate weekly, monthly management reports and inventory
Implement promotional programs
Ensure compliance with all policies that relate to the safety of associates and cleanliness and sanitation.
