The individual selected for this position will be responsible for daily cutting of fresh beef, pork and grind. The individual will follow the production schedule to meet requirements for advertised fresh meat cuts/seafood and assist in the writing of fresh meat/seafood orders. The Meat/Seafood Clerk will organize and check in fresh meat/seafood deliveries while maintaining a positive working relationship with customers, team members and leadership.
