Job Description Field Service Technician with background as a diesel or natural gas engine mechanic. Must have excellent technical and customer service skills. You will support truck fleet service operations by traveling to sites to maintain; repair and train end users. Temp to hire position in Dallas; TX; for local area candidates. Responsibilities Responsible to maintain and repair customer's fleet of trucks. Provides reports and works with product Engineering to resolve field problems to ensure customer satisfaction Provides and develops technical and warranty training on service, operation and maintenance to dealer network and end users Requirements Requires degree or certification and 5+ years experience in the auto or truck industry and strong skills in customer service, training, and service engineering Must have strong mechanical and engine repair, maintenance background.
