Our client has authorized us to search for an excellent production maintenance mechanic.
The successful candidate we seek must have the following skills and abilities:
· Recent strong mechanical machinery repair skills.
· Preferably very fast pace background in production line machinery.
· Foods or related prior industry preferable.
· Strong electromechanical abilities.
· Manufacturing background a must.
· Good electrical, mechanical repair skills.
· Used to working in a fast-paced environment.
· Ability to hit the ground running and learn new machinery quickly and efficiently.
· Manufacturing background an absolute must in the production atmosphere.
· Only candidates with the above background will be considered or interviewed.
Summary of skills and abilities needed to apply for this position.
The successful candidate we seek must have recent experience in a fast-paced production manufacturing environment. He/she will have slightly more than troubleshooting basic electrical abilities, be able to repair motors, electromechanical circuitry and troubleshoot with voltmeters and electrical diagnostic equipment. The successful candidate will also have very strong mechanical repair machinery background preferably in a high-speed conveyor line or production line environment in foods, or chemicals, or plastics or related production machinery atmosphere. Working under high pressure at a fast pace in repairing in troubleshooting production manufacturing equipment be able to move quickly stand, stoop, climb ladders, operate hand tools disassemble and reassemble sophisticated older and newer production machines and rebuilt them in a fast pace. If necessary. Be safety conscious and able to work quickly and efficiently to keep production lines moving in a high speed environment. Be able to to undergo a criminal background check and drug screening successfully. This position is in the Jersey City, New Jersey area and a valid New Jersey driver's licenses is necessary.
