Mechanical Assembly-
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assemble mechanical components per assembly drawing and engineering specifications.
• Ability to quickly adapt to multiple projects in a fast paces, deadline oriented environment.
• Gauge completed assemblies using precision measuring instruments, to ensure conformity to specified tolerances.
• Mount, install, align, and secure machine components, operating various power hand tools.
• Safely uses straps, chains, and over-head crane to position large or heavy work pieces.
• Works in a team to complete projects in a Timely, Friendly, and Safe manner.
Skills:
• Knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics
• Mechanical-Knowledge of machines and tools, including their uses and maintenance.
• Mathematics-Knowledge of arithmetic, algebra, geometry, and their applications.
• Analytical Thinking
• Attention to detail
Ideal candidate would include Technical Certificate/degree with 7 years experience in machine building, Welding, Machining, or Electrical a plus. Candidates must have own hand tools.
