Mechanical Assembler Job in Orlando 32808, Florida US
Industrial Smoke and Mirrors, Inc is a manufacturer of simulators and components. We have an impeccable reputation within the industry and are highly respected. We currently have an opening to add a new mechanical assembler to our team. Qualified candidates must be able to multi-task in different areas, read blueprints, work from drawings, and operate standard fabrication machinery (power tools, drill press, etc…). Experience in the fabrication and assembly of simulators or vehicles, flat pattern layout, and/or the ability to set-up and run a Press Brake and CNC equipment are all a plus, but not required. A minimum of 3 years in any metal fabrication capacity is a requirement. Candidates must also be able to work effectively both alone and as part of the team with minimal supervision, be self-motivated, and pay extreme attention to detail. Candidates are also required to assist or lead on field installations, so some travel will be required.
