Our client has had fantastic growth in the Commercial Industrial sector. They are now looking for an Mechanical Contracts Manager to join their thriving business. They are looking to acquire someone with vast experience to push the company forward in order to Continue their Fantastic Growth.
About the Role
• The role of Mechanical Contracts Manager will involve managing all on site labour, ensuring the project runs smoothly from initial hand over to final account, performing risk assessments, OM Manual, health and Safety
• Review Mechanical services design highlighting areas requiring early review of the Concept design.
• Technically review the equipment selected against the project specification commercially evaluates and raises the appropriate requisition for purchasing
• Assemble Sub-contract packages technically vetting upon return and formulating a recommendation.
• Provide engineering solutions/assistance to the drawing team with the preparation of fully co-ordinated working drawings.
About the Candidate
• Extensive electrical background
• Must be qualified to City Guilds as a minimum
• Experience on Projects from £500k - £4.50 within the commercial/industrial sector
• Strong financial awareness
• Proven track record of running multiple contracts
• Business Development Experience essential
