Mechanical Design Engineer
Our client is currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer that has previous experience working with vacuum systems, special purpose machinery or stainless steel fabrications. The ideal candidate will be highly experienced in Mechanical Design using Pro-E/Pro Engineer wildfire 2 or above, knowledge of Intralink will be a bonus. The candidate would ideally have experience as a Mechanical Engineer.
THE SALARY/RATE/BENEFITS
Mechanical Design Engineer
Long term rolling contract
£35 an hour (Ltd / Umbrella)
37.5 hours per week with overtime available
THE CANDIDATE
Mechanical Design Engineer
Essential Skills:
· Extensive Mechanical Design experience with Pro-E Wildfire 2 or above
· Experience designing vacuum systems, Special Purpose Machinery or Stainless Steel Fabrications
· Strong Mechanical background
Desirable Skills:
· Intralink experience
· Mechanical Design background
· Experience with the mechanical design of complex assemblies
THE ROLE
Mechanical Design Engineer
The day to day tasks will be to use Pro-E Wildfire to design products in the Scientific Engineering sector. The role will be working with a team of Design Engineers working on various special purpose design projects. The projects will involve designing mechanical and electrical products of a complex nature working alongside a highly skilled team
