This well established manufacturing company are an industry leader in the design and manufacture of industrial products for the resources sector. Based on the Sunshine Coast you will work with a team of established engineers and production staff within an innovative company dedicated to providing high quality product and customer support.
As a key member of the engineering team in this role you will utilise your proven design drafting ability and be confident in the creation of 2D and 3D drawings. You will liaise on a regular basis with engineering and workshop staff as well as other key internal stakeholders.
Your success in this role will be attributed to your proven drafting expertise and mechanical trade background or tertiary qualifications in engineering. You will possess the ability to interpret job specification sheets and create both 2D and 3D designs and workshop drawings. A good working knowledge of AutoCAD and Inventor is essential to this role as is a strong sense of ownership in your work.
