Ballantyne Recruitment is seeking a Mechanical Drafters for a large manufacturing company that supply welded metal components for corporate customers. This role is based in South Brisbane for a 3-6 month contract with a possible extension.
Some of the key responsibilities are :
- Demonstrated ability to prepare detailed drawings
- Maintain drawing filing systems
- High ability to prepare drawings and sections of drawings
- Ability to work autonomously
- Excellent communications skills - written and verbal
- Excellent proficiency of using AutoCAD 2D
- Ideally have own AutoCAD software
- Able to work full time hours from 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday
