World leader is looking for you! Great manufacturing company needs a Mechanical Engineer with 3 to 6 years of industrial capital project design and installation experience for it's expanding plant in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Outstanding benefits and relocation package.
Responsibilities
- Manage plant capital projects to install automated high speed manufacturing equipment
- Work on design, fabrication, installation and startup of material handling equipment, automated assembly machinery, boilers, compressors, and the like
- Manage the project through budgeting, creating project timelines, procurement of materials, working with multi-disciplinary teams of people (mechanical, electrical), etc
- Develop all project drawings using AutoCAD and SolidWorks
Requirements
- BS or higher in Mechanical Engineering
- 3 to 6 years industrial experience designing large mechanical equipment in a manufacturing plant environment
- Project management experience
- Experience using AutoCAD and SolidWorks
