A manufacturing company located in the Gurnee, IL area is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to interview and start immediately. Position Overview: Candidate will be responsible for assigned projects and proposals, including program design, cost schedules and testing; Qualifications: -Proficiency with Pro/E Wildfire and Microsoft Office software. -Familiarity with design for multiple manufacturing processes (injection molded plastic, sheet metal fabrication, die casting and machining) -Design analysis tools such as FEA, FMEA, DFMA -Ability to work on product development and existing product maintenance -Excellent verbal and written communication skills Education BS degree in Mechanical Engineering Qualified candidates should apply directly for immediate and confidential consideration.
