Our company has been a leading manufacturer of robotic and automation equipment for the last 25 years. We develop broad range of wafer handling robots, pre-aligners, load ports, mini-environments and complete systems like wafer sorters. Our equipment automation software enables the integration of various manufacturing tools in the semiconductor factories. We are looking for highly motivated individual to join a dynamic product development group with main focus on design of Ultra High Vacuum Systems for the Semiconductor industry.
DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design, fabrication and installation of Ultra High Vacuum Systems used in various semiconductor tools, analytical tools and research equipment
- Development, design and integration of plasma sources, PECVD semi cluster tool design and fabrication (class 10-100 compatible)
- Design and integration of custom equipment upgrades and custom modules
- Development of gas handling systems, gas boxes and related safety issues
- Technical implementation of engineering and manufacturing issues
- Development of all phases of state of the art vacuum/pressure technology and related materials compatibility
- Capable of using various analytical tools – RGA’s, x-ray and electron spectrometers, ion electron guns, elipsometers, etch rate imaging and other customary tools
- Cost estimating, budgeting resource planning, scheduling control sourcing of components and machine work
- Strict adherence to National, SEMI and CE standards
- Full life cycle involvement in system architecture and specifications documentation, including compliance documentation
- Deep knowledge in wafer handling robots, prealigners and other various automation modules
- Expert in SolidWorks and AutoCad, as well as FEA
REQUIREMENTS:
- BSME with 10+ years related experience is a must
