Responsibilities
Design subsystems to support the next generation ALD tools. Responsible for the complete design processes, including defining specifications, feasibility studies, cost and scheduling, conducting various analyses, such as fluid, thermal, vibration, and FEA modeling, conceptual and detailed design using Solidworks, detailed drawings, design review presentations, procurement of prototype parts, system integration, prototype testing, and handoff to manufacturing. These tasks will require working with other engineering disciplines and external partners. Develop supporting documentation, such as assembly and test procedures. Work with domestic and oversea suppliers and contract manufacturers to develop turnkey solutions for the customers. Domestic and International travel required.
Qualifications:
· Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
· Strong mechanical engineering fundamentals, including design principles, materials, and fabrication methods.
