Ability to Obtain Interim and/or Final Clearances (Post Start) - US Citizenship Required about security clearance definitions Position Description Mechanical and Structural Engineering K Level Manager for the Mechanical Systems IPT in the Enterprise Engineering Support Group (EESG) program in Philadelphia. Manages employees performing engineering and technical activities in the area of Mechanical Structural Engineering Design. Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals. Supports direct supervisor in business development and Inter-organizational Work Authorization acquisition and oversight. Acquires resources for projects and processes. Provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements. Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports. Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes. Manages, develops and motivates employees. Responsibilities include the Business and Financial Control Accounts for this IPT, including performing the necessary cost and schedule review and updates. Coordinates Performance to Plan presentation and is responsible for metrics within. Develops staffing plans and works with Functional Management in fulfilling resource requirements.
