Glen Raven Custom Fabrics, LLC a world leading manufacturer of durable outdoor and indoor fabrics, is seeking candidates for the following position:
Mechanical Technician
This position is responsible for the troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance of high speed manufacturing equipment. Position requirements are as follows:
· 3 + years experience as a mechanical technician is preferred. Other technical experience will be considered.
· Work experience in air jet rapier weaving or a fabric finishing operation is preferred.
· Solid troubleshooting ability is required.
· A High School Diploma or GED is required.
· Must be willing to work overtime and weekends if needed.
· Good verbal and written communication skills are required.
· Basic computer skills are required
Glen Raven offers an excellent compensation and benefits package with an earnings potential of $18-$20 per hour for qualified mechanical technicians.
