A rapidly growing medical device company is expanding!

Medi USA manufactures and sells medical compression products, Orthopedic bracing, Prosthetics and Compression Sportswear products.  We currently have a position open for an Administrative Assistant in our corporate office.             

Duties and responsibilities:  

·         Primary focus will be to support the Marketing department as well as the General Manager.

·         Provide various levels of administrative support as needed to other members of management.

·         Perform general office duties such as data entry, filing, preparing correspondence, and weekly mailings.

·         Record and distribute meeting minutes.

·         Responsibilities also include arranging meetings and travel accommodations.

·         High School Degree required, some college a plus!!

·         2-5 years experience in an administrative role

·         Must be proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word

·         Must be systematic and organized

·         Must be detail oriented

·         Possess the ability to prioritize under pressure

·         Excellent communication skills

·         Learn easily and quickly

·         Professional demeanor a must
