Media Buyer / Planner
Based in our London City Office this position is to assist the Vice-President of Advertising in all aspects of media buying, running campaigns and analyzing/monitoring performance. We want a high energy, creative problem solver with an entrepreneurial can-do attitude to join us.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Media buying, online and off-line including special deals such as sponsoring, content integrations and specific campaigns to promote conferences across Europe
- Reporting regularly on campaign performance
- Analysing and optimising media exposure to ensure maximum performances and alignment with firm ROI metrics
- Monitoring competition on a regular basis to capture trends, messaging, and exposure
- Any other duties as instructed by the Team Leader and departmental management.
Skills, Experience and Qualifications the candidate must have:
- Fluency in a foreign language (French or German)
- Bachelor's degree
- Some proven previous experience in media buying
- Strong negotiation skills
- Keen knowledge of the online advertising and metrics
- First experience or strong interest in financial services and trading
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Maintain high accuracy/attention to detail
- Work well under pressure, meet strict deadlines and be able to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment

- This is a full-time position to be compensated up to £34k annually (commensurate with experience) plus a discretionary bonus and includes eligibility for medical benefits.
