Media Execution Manager Job in Bellevue, Washington Us
This position is defined as Media Execution Management for US and International markets.
In this role, you will execute marketing campaigns and programs for various business units. The role includes campaign's media planning, support, execution, reporting and making recommendations to marketing managers in order to make the campaign more effective and reaching their goals.
You will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery of campaigns/programs and for improving and enhancing execution project management and processes as needed to properly support the data management efforts and deliverable schedules.
It is also important that you will be able to quickly prioritize tasks and self-manage projects, which are keys to being successful in this role.
Main Responsibilities:
*Monthly media trafficking based on approved media plans
*Operations Management and Account Management
*Review daily/weekly status reports and track program/project progress
*Drives solutions to our clients by identifying potential solution opportunities and delivering quality results
*Identify and implement improvement measures
*Be the primary point of contact and escalation path
*Support overseas employees and coordinate with customer to develop business. Mentor, coach motivate the team members
*Coordinates all team activities to ensure correct execution of Project Plan, track changes and update plan, report progresses to project stakeholders and ensure project profitability
*Ensures ongoing process/system capability associated with projects and manages any changes required to meet or exceed the expectations established in project designs
Qualifications Skills:
*3+ years project management experience and media management
*Strong experience using Microsoft Software Packages
*Experience working with Microsoft
*BA or BS Degree or equivalent
* Strong customer service, negotiation and problem-solving skills
*Collaborative, attention to details
*Knowledge of Ad serving platform as Atlas, Ad Expert is plus, but not required
