Media M&A Associate / Manager (3-6 yrs experience) – Leading Global Specialist in Sell-Side M&A recruitment

This business has grown at an exceptional rate during the last three years and with the very recent hiring of two new MDs, the pipeline looks set to grow further.  We are looking to speak with people with significant sell-side MA experience who can talk through, in detail, every step of a successful sell-side mandate.  Given the current workflow, it is essential that you can manage transactions from day one as our client is currently juggling 20 transactions, at least half of which are cross-border deals.  This is an ambitious and highly energetic team with much to be proud of in a significant client list.

You will be working with a whole host of entrepreneurs advising them through selling their businesses which, for the most part, they have built up from scratch.  Given the characters in this space, it is essential that you have an outgoing and charismatic personality as well as a lot of energy and confidence.  You will be given substantial responsibility and you will play a key role in the continued growth of the firm.

Typically, you will be selling businesses with an enterprise value of anywhere up to £300m, or thereabouts, though the majority of deals will fall into the £20-100m range.

It is essential that you have first rate academic credentials from a top tier institution.
