- Media Accounts Payable/ Media Reconciler
- $60,000 - 70,000+super - Permanent role
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing and successful Media Company based in the heart of the CBD. Reporting to the Media Reconciliations Supervisor you duties will be:
Responsibilities:
- Raising debtor invoices
- Monitoring client payments and defaults
- Dealing with account queries
- Reconciling supplier invoices to booked media and to client accounts
- Month end closure - producing reports
- Ad hoc duties for Media Accountant
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years Media Reconciliations experience or 3 years Accounts Payable
- MUST have recent advertising background
- Strong Excel skills essential
- Excellent numerical, analytical and problem solving skills
- Experienced in a dynamic, fast paced team environment
- Fast learner, self-motivated with excellent attention to detail
