This is a fantastic time to join a media giant in Sydney's CBD. You'll be working on campaigns for a large publication focusing on their features area, which is constantly changing, so you'll get to work on different topics all the time, which will require you to liaise with many different companies.
Your day-to-day will consist of working together with marketing to sell advertising opportunities to relevant companies who have an interest in the subject of the feature. You'll be calling companies who are warm, mostly marketing managers and business managers, who'll be fairly receptive to your call given the calibre of the business you'll be representing. Often their customers will have done previous business with them.
Training is provided, which will be for four weeks, you'll be armed with everything you need to be highly successful at this company. This is a great position to escape into a highly professional and dynamic working environment, where you get to work on different projects all the time.
Successful candidates will have good phone sales experience, fantastic people skills and a great attitude.
