We are currently seeking a highly motivated and qualified media sales representative with leadership experience for our Hollywood office.  This person’s first and foremost responsibility is to push stock motion content sales to new accounts that they assess and identify, and to increase awareness in the business community of the Framepool brand and product offering.  In addition this new employee will contribute to the Los Angeles teams success with motivation and a sophisticated sales plan, designed to generate new business from key industry sectors. Working in this exciting new role will require someone with a truly entrepreneurial spirit that can execute their creative flair with a solid strategic approach. This person must also be an interactive team player who is able to send timely reports to upper management that demonstrate accurate forecasting against integrated industry planning and knowledge.

The applicant must have the appropriate sales experience, preferably from within the media sector and ideally already someone with established and relevant contacts in the entertainment or advertising sectors. Previous career moves must include a proven success in generating new business and large account development from respected and blue chip brands, as well as associated leadership and team functions. We expect analytical and conceptual skills to strategically increase our market share but at the same time we expect this individual not to shy aware from being hands on in developing cold leads to close. The successful applicant should be able to develop revenue driven sales plans managed against preconditioned revenue goals. The successful applicant can pave their own road in a creative way, will show professional maturity, and have a keen understanding and interest in the media industry.
