They provide advice on public and private mergers and acquisitions, financial restructuring, equity capital raising, as well as a range of other advisory services.
Our client is dedicated to helping their clients achieve their financial and strategic objectives. The sole focus of the team is Media and Technology, giving them an unparalleled understanding of, and experience in, transactions within these industries.
The team has a large and preeminent client roster, with an excellent deal track record and pipeline into 2012. They have a very experienced team concentrating on deals in the UK as well as Western Europe. They have an unsurpassed level of industry, regional and product expertise, having executed dozens of complex transactions across a range of sub-sectors. Whether advising on industry-redefining mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings and private capital raising or providing board advisory services, they brings superior innovation, experience and capabilities to each of their clients.
A growing pipeline combined with their measured strategic growth plans, has led them to need to hire experienced MD + Director.
Candidates should be:
- Seasoned investment bankers with the ability to originate / execute business in Technology or Media sectors.
- Demonstrable track record to point to.
- Familiar with all aspects of deal management, including a detailed understanding of UK and international corporate finance transaction regulations.
