We are need of a highly skilled and motivated administrator for a large medical practice.

Summary of responsibilities:
Oversee corporate functions and ensure all aspects of daily operations run smoothly through effective management and oversight. The Administrator would oversee the functions of:  staff recruiting and credentialing, human resource issues, payroll, accounts payable, staff benefits, practice compliance, and execute strategic and operational business plans.  This person would work closely with the physician leadership and follow their direction.

Requirements:
7+ years experience overseeing the corporate functions of a large medical clinic
Highly organized with excellent time management
Proven successful leadership abilities
Excellent communication skills both oral and written
Above average ability to work well in a team environment
Professional demeanor and appearance at all times

Education Requirement:
Bachelor degree required
Master degree in business or health care would be preferred
