We are currently seeking a Medical Accounts Receivable Representative to join our large healthcare organization in
.
Responsibilities:
- Verifying insurance and benefit experience
- Reconciling the bank report from the treasury department.
- Electronic payments from the Medicare EFT payments.
- Verifying Medicare benefits through HIQA
- Exp w/ deposits (insurance checks, credit card deposits, wires)
- Bank account reconciliations utilizing Excel
Requirements:
- 2 years experience with receivables experience in a healthcare setting
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Experience with lockbox responsibilities including deposits, insurance checks and credit cards
- Must have knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid
- Experience with lockbox responsibilities
