Description
Our clients are seeking motivated and customer service oriented Medical Assistants. A successful Medical Assistant will:
- Prepare treatment rooms and assist physicians with treatments and examinations of patients.
- Document medical histories, vital signs and other patient related data in medical charts, rooms patients, and performs blood draws and finger sticks.
- Be familiar with advanced levels of standardized medical procedures and practices.
- Be flexible to float between the front and back offices as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum of two years experience as a Back Office Medical Assistant outside of an externship.
- Must be a graduate of a Medical Assisting program.
- Bilingual (English/ Spanish) a PLUS!
- Needs to be a true team player with a sincere, caring, upbeat attitude.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Have confidence in skills, able to multi-task and pay attention to details.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must provide verifiable education and employment history.
- Must successfully pass a background check and drug screen.
