Medical Consultant w/Allergy Experience

Kelly Clinical Research has an IMMEDIATE need for 3-4 regionally based Medical Consultants with excellent influencing skills as well as allergy or asthma experience for a home-based, part time, short term position. Medical Consultants will travel to various insurance companies to educate them on why they should cover the expense of a new allergy drug by presenting slide decks of scientific and clinical data, discussing the economics around the product, the marriage of the program and answer any questions the insurance companies may have. Expectations are each Medical Consultant will make three presentations per week, each of them lasting approximately 1 hour, over a 3 month period for a total of 100-200 meetings amongst all candidates nationwide. The estimated time commitment including travel and presentation is approximately 10-15 hours per week. · Candidates need to be flexible and able to travel with one day advance notice. · Allergy experience is highly preferred, asthma or respiratory experience will be considered. · PharmD, MD, or PhD highly preferred. · Training and presentation materials will be provided. · Pay rates are flexible and there will be one rate for travel time and one rate for presentation time. · Excellent communication and presentation skills are a must. · Candidates must be immediately eligible to work for any employer in the U.S. without restriction. This is a W2 position through Kelly Services. No independent consultants or 1099?s please.
